Blast Tips are accurately machined and assembled to close specifications. The design has been proven by long use and extensive testing. Series BT Tips made of cold rolled steel are suggested for most applications.

This series of alloy pilot blast tips are for use on the single and multiple tunnel nozzle mix burners. They can also be used for spot heating operations. All blast tips in this series are extremely stable over the entire operating range.

The SCBT Blast Tips are designed for direct flame impingement heating. The intense flames have a completely uniform circular heat pattern. This unique blast tip fires with main ports only eliminating the typical blast tip spear flame.
