Pyronics High-Momentum Burners (HMB) are designed for process temperatures up to 2700°F. The burners are equipped with advanced silicon carbide firing tubes and incorporate 2- stage combustion.

The HMB series burner is a self supporting burner and requires no refractories or other mechanical supports to hold the firing tubes.

These instructions pertain to the Pyronics HMCT series burners. These burners are shipped with the inner tube loose and require some field assembly.

Pyronics High-Momentum Ceramic Tube Burners (HMCT) are designed for process temperatures up to 2500°F. The burner’s outer tube is made of an advanced silicon carbide and the inner firing tube is made of stainless steel alloy.

The HMCT series burner is a self supporting burner and requires no refractories or other mechanical supports to hold the firing tubes. However, the firing tubes must not be used to support the furnace refractory walls.
