Atmospheres
Pilot Torches
are made in
four sizes and
consist of a
Pilotjector
with cock, burner
nozzle, and
nipple. Elbow
and two nipples
may be used
where desired.
High blast torches use a small amount of high pressure air to entrain incoming gas at the mixer. This produces a hard, sharp, clear blue, typical blast burner flame. Only ten percent of the total air required is at 20 to 100 psi.
Hi-Lo Torches are atmospheric gas burners designed for high turndown ranges on all types of combustion chambers or furnaces operating under a negative pressure.

Burner Blocks
and Holders
Blocks are carefully designed to secure the best possible combustion results with the various nozzles used with them. Block holders are cast iron boxes into which the blocks are cemented.

Torch Burners
Torches
are made up
in three series
- Low-Pressure,
Medium-Pressure,
and Hi-Pressure.
The chief differences
in construction
and operation
are based on
gas pressure
requirements
and primary
air-gas ratios.
Burner Mounting Cages are designed to simplify attaching burners to furnace walls, air heaters, kilns, boilers or other combustion chambers. They are simply but substantially built, providing considerable flexibility of adjustment and burner location.
